Personal B.E.S.T. Transformations

Diana Z.

Diana is retired educator and lay minister who is participating in my Skype Personal B.E.S.T. Program (Brain Empowerment Sessions for Transformation).

BEFORE my balance with Christa, I felt sad, lost, and frustrated with things in my life because of the loss of my Mother, who was my best friend. Over the past year and a half, I had reached out to different people for help. Things were improving, but I felt so stuck in the grief.

 

AFTER my balance with Christa, I felt more at ease and more hopeful. I was able to see the big picture of my life and look beyond my pain. I've spoken to a lot of people this past year and a half, but no one gave me that perspective. I am grateful for my balance with Christa and I am looking forward to my next one.

BEFORE working with Christa, I had been working with a life coach to help me get clarity on family matters as well as to grow my business. I chose to work with Christa because she explained how Brain Gym® could get fast results that would lead to lasting transformation. Overall I felt:

AFTER working with Christa for 3 months, I found Brain Gym® so helpful on so many levels. One of the most important choices I still make, that never fails, is to stop and do a 5-minute Brain Gym® activity called PACE. Even at times when I’m tossing and turning in bed at night I do some of the movements. I’m not only able to calm myself and fall asleep, but I sleep better. I even find myself breathing better. Ever since working with Christa, I’m making smarter choices, and find myself living a better life. Overall I feel:

BEFORE My Personal Transformation with Brain Gym®,it was very difficult to focus because I had to handle so many things. I tried not to be distracted,

but I was always thinking of what I had to do next.

It was hard to stay on task and do what I needed to do

each day. Overall I felt:

AFTER my first session in the Personal B.E.S.T. program I saw a change in how I was able to manage my workload. I was so much more present and calm that I was able to focus more easily. That Saturday I worked for 9 hours and got 3 days-worth of work done! I couldn’t believe how efficient I was. Overall

BEFORE My Personal Transformation with Brain Gym®, I felt like I was in a stressful state more than half of the day. I didn’t like it and I wanted something to change. I felt like I was always "on" and couldn't balance my career and my family. Overall I felt:

BEFORE deciding to join the Personal B.E.S.T. Program, I actually thought my husband, Michael needed to work with Christa more and that we shouldn’t invest the time and money in both of us. But, something inside me told me I still needed support and that I deserved to go after my professional dreams while still caring for our toddler. Overall I felt:

AFTER working with Christa for 3 months, I feel very grateful that it is easier for me to make decisions on the spot that take into consideration what I want and my well-being. I used to get stuck in my old patterns that stopped me from being who I wanted to be. After only 3 months with Christa, I reconnected with my true self in ways I was not even expecting! What’s even more amazing to me is that ever since my son came along I found it hard to get everyday tasks done. Now, I am able to think straight, put things into perspective, and prioritize just like I used to before I had my son! Also, during my Personal B.E.S.T. program with her, I was offered a really great professional opportunity and only had a week to decide. I was so stressed and worried and knew I was about to make a decision based on my fears. So, I immediately called Christa. After our Brain Gym session, I felt so clear! I easily made my decision and I made it based on what I wanted instead of what I thought I should do. Overall I feel:

BEFORE  joining Christa’s program, I felt like the pressure of being an entrepreneur was starting to affect my health and well being. I had so much to do between my corporate job and my branding business, and I was feeling very tired and run down. I knew I needed something to help me recharge so I could continue to grow my business. Overall I felt:
